Lauren Wilson, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has worked in mental health for over 7 years. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has served as a clinical instructor for the University of Kentucky College of Nursing. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Sciences in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University, and is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She works with children and adults ages 6-65 and specializes in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a variety of mental health disorders including: depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and more. Lauren is also a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association.
